All Turtle Pace Apparel sales are final due to the limited and exclusive nature of our releases.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or unwanted items. Please review all product descriptions and sizing information carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for a replacement or refund when applicable.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Turtle Pace Apparel reserves the right to review each claim individually.
